PROUD ICE CREAM WITH SOUR MILK
Serves 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes plus freezing time
ingredients
1 x 300g pack of Oob Organic Mixed Frozen Berries
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Waffles/ice cream cones for serving *Optional
Method
Step 1. Place the frozen berries, yogurt, honey and vanilla in the base of a food processor. Beat until the mixture is smooth and blended.
Step 2. You can serve immediately in bowls or waffle cones – Alternatively place in a loaf pan or airtight container, freeze for 2 hours for firmer texture.
*Keeps in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
*You can also freeze the mixture in popsicle molds and decorate with granola and melted chocolate
MANGO TANGO FRUIT SLUSHIE
DO 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
ingredients
2 x 100 ml Juicies frozen tropical flavor
1 cup diced mango
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cups of ice
1 cup of water
Mint sprigs for garnish
Method
Place the juices, mango, lime, ice and water in the pitcher of an upright blender. Beat the mixture until smooth and icy.
Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mint before serving.
