Two rushed to hospital after major crash on Sydney’s M7

A serious crash has closed part of the M7 in Sydney’s west, with at least two people on their way to hospital.
A two-vehicle crash on the M7 at Rooty Hill on Sunday afternoon, with one car overturned.
Paramedics are treating four patients, with a man trapped in a car at the scene of the crash being freed shortly after 3pm.
Two patients have already been taken to Blacktown Hospital.
The condition of the other two patients treated at the scene, including the man who was trapped in the vehicle, could not be confirmed.
All southbound lanes of the M7 are closed just past the Eastern Rd.
Drivers are urged to allow extra travel time.
